Happy Birthday!

Andrew's birthday was this past Wednesday as most of you know. We've had a good time celebrating all week! Wednesday afternoon, the girls and I took him to lunch, then had a little party for him that evening after choir practice. Thursday night we got a babysitter and went to dinner and a movie. We're going to dinner again tonight (Friday) still celebrating his birthday with another couple. We kinda like to spread birthdays out for as long as possible. He got a really fancy coffee maker from the girls and I that he's been wanting for awhile now. We also let him sleep in that morning, completely undisturbed. Allie told him Happy Birthday all day and Anna Grace said "Daddy" last night, so I think he's had a pretty good week.

I made Andrew an LC cake, it was gonna be a Tennessee cake, but after last weekend he changed his mind about that

With Anna Grace being very mobile these days, she loves to follow her big sister around the house. She gets frustrated when Allie's headed to one place then before Anna Grace can get to her she's already moved on to another. After awhile she gives up and scoots to me whining. On the times when Allie slows down, Anna Grace will follow her into her room or the play room and they will just play together for a long time. So we had to go into the playroom and clean it out. We reorganized it and gave away a whole bunch of toys (birthdays and Christmas are coming soon anyway). We also moved alot of things that could be too small for Anna Grace. The point of all this is to say that Allie and Anna Grace have enjoyed being able to play together, finally!
