Little Ballerina
Ballet class started on Monday. She was so excited she could hardly stand it. Grandmother and Pi just happened to be in town so we all loaded up the car and went to her first class together. We were not the only family to do that either. We all sat in the room while the teachers introduced themselves and talked about what was going to happen. They gave the parents the option of staying in there with them or going out to the waiting room. If we stayed though we had to participate. Luckily for us, Allie didn't even care that we had left. While we waited Andrew and I looked in the shop and Andrew (who has been the one that is the least excited about this whole ballet thing, he wants her to play softball or something) was trying to convince me we needed to buy her more tutus, shirts, and tights. For the very last song they let all the parents and grandparents come in, stand around the room and watch them dance. It was SO cute. None of them had any idea what they were doing but it was too precious to see all those little girls in their little outfits being all uncoordinated together. This was the only picture we got of the momentous occasion. Next week I'm going to take my camera to class and try to get some there.
