Anna Grace's 1st birthday part 1

On Anna Grace's 1st birthday we took her to the zoo to see the Christmas lights. Thanks to the zoo pass we got from Grandmother and Pi, we got in for free and were able to bypass the incredibly long line to get in. This apparently is a rather popular event if you have kids in Alexandria/Pineville. It was a warm so it was a perfect night for us to be outside. The girls loved seeing the lights and we even got to see a few animals while they were sleeping.

After the lights, Daddy grilled hamburgers we had our friends Mr. Eric and Mr. Brandon over and Anna Grace opened some presents. She got a cute jungle animal stacking ring set from Aunt Susan and Kelley, a tea set from Allie, and a barn and farm animals from me and Andrew. She was absolutely thrilled with all of them, and of course Allie helped her break everything in.
