MDO Christmas party

Today was Christmas party day at Mother's Day Out. My class had a very simple party, so most of our preparation was for Allie's party. We made Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer cookies to take. Allie put on all the eyes and red noses. I tried to teach her the song while we were making them and she ended up creating her own version of the song. She was very proud of herself and excited about taking the cookies to school.

Santa came to school this morning also. This was the second time we've seen Santa so far, we also saw him at the zoo. When we saw him at the zoo she had nothing to say to him, and Anna Grace screamed. This time it was just Allie and she had been preparing to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas. So he says, "Allie, what would you like for Christmas?", Allie says "A FISH!" I guess it could be worse and she could have asked for a dog or pony or something. We'll have to see if "Santa" brings her a fish Christmas morning.
